Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of HYDN, an AI-assistant product available at hydn.ai (the Service). The Service is provided by SOVIRA GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 44 701 510 545) of 16 Davenant Street, Banyo QLD 4014, Australia (Sovira, we, us, or our). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HYDN is an early-access (beta) product. Features and availability may change as we continue to develop it.

1. Eligibility and who may use HYDN

The Service is intended for business use. By using it you represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that where you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In these Terms, you means both you personally and any business you represent.

2. The Service

HYDN provides an AI assistant that can work with business information you provide and with accounts you choose to connect. Key characteristics:

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@sovira.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

5. Subscription, free trial, billing and cancellation

6. Your data and backup responsibility

HYDN does not maintain continuous backups of your instance. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any data that is critical to you. The export facility described in clause 13 is the mechanism we provide for data portability — it is not a substitute for your own backups. We are not liable for loss of data except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law (see clause 11).

7. Intellectual property and licence

Sovira (and its licensors) owns the HYDN platform, software, and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

As between you and us, you own the data and content you provide, connect, or generate through the Service (Your Content). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide and support the Service (including routing content to the third-party providers described in clause 10 and our Privacy Policy).

8. AI output — no professional advice

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for a given purpose. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing the assistant's output and for approving any action (including any email send) before it takes effect.

9. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular uptime or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during the beta period. This clause is subject to clause 11.

10. Third-party AI processing and overseas transfer

Assistant features use third-party large language model providers, routed via OpenRouter. To answer a request, content relevant to that request may be transmitted to those providers, which may be located in the United States. We pin the model providers used in our code. More detail, including the full list of service providers, is in our Privacy Policy.

11. Australian Consumer Law and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

To the extent permitted by law, and where liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability for that failure is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.

Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we exclude all implied terms and warranties; (b) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or business; and (c) our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us against claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms — except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

13. Termination and offboarding

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or as otherwise permitted by law. On termination or offboarding:

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that may hear appeals from them.

16. Contact
